Welcome to Wanexa (wanexa.in). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wanexa platform, website, software, WhatsApp Business API solutions, and automation services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Grant of License & Access
    Wanexa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our SaaS platform for your business operations, subject to compliance with these Terms and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policies.
  1. Account Registration & Security
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
  1. Acceptable Use & Meta/WhatsApp Compliance
    You agree NOT to use the Services to:
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (Spam) or violate WhatsApp Messaging Policies.
  • Distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or overload our infrastructure.
    Wanexa reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately upon notification of policy violations from Meta or users.
  1. Subscription Fees & Meta API Charges
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
  • Meta Conversation Charges for WhatsApp API usage are billed separately and according to Meta’s standard pricing.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under our Refund Policy.
  1. Third-Party Integrations
    Our Services rely on APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Wanexa is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or account restrictions implemented directly by Meta/WhatsApp.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our network or compliance status.
